By chance I was surfing for Goliath Awaits on DVD and I remembered TCM.
So I went there in hopes they might be showing it soon on TV. And to my dissapointment noBUT they do have a vote for it to be released on DVD.
So make sure you go there and start voting!

I thought it was pretty cool back in '81 and i saw it again a few years ago when i learned that my co-worker had this on video, taped from tv. Okay, it's not so cool as it was back then, but i still like it ! Now my co-worker has transferred the video to dvd, so i own it on dvd now 🙂
But i still would like to see it on an official dvd, so i voted 'aye' 🙂

Went to Amazon.com today (6/7/09) and although they do not have it, there is a link that takes you to a site that does - recently released on DVD by Maximus and the cost is $48!!!! Will wait for Amazon to sell it or for Netflix to offer it. This is one movie my hubby and I definitely want to see again. (Loved the comment on this Board about feeling sorry for those stuck shoveling coal and wondering at the same time how they still have a supply of coal after all those decades beneath the sea.)
