Back in those days enhancements cost a lot of money. She was not a big name actress with a lot of money, plus she'd never really had any serious acting gigs before Halloween II, so where'd she get the money? What I heard that she was cast along with a lot of others because they were in the same class as Rosenthal and other cast members.

I only knew her in Empire of the Ants with Joan Collins before this film but of course that is hardly considered an award winning, big time classic as much as I personally love it. Looks like the rest was mostly television work until Halloween II.

What I heard that she was cast along with a lot of others because they were in the same class as Rosenthal and other cast members.
It's entirely possible that just because she wasn't a successful actress doesn't mean she didn't have money or at least enough money for a boob job. Perhaps she comes from a rich family? Perhaps she took out a loan for her ta-tas in preparation for her "big" Hollywood break?
Not everyone who has money gets it from being famous. Case in point, Julia Louis Dreyfus comes from an extremely wealthy family. Her acting career has just been icing on the cake for her.

This was her first role and it wasn't a very good one. If she had money to get boobs she wouldn't have taken this low level job. Or been in the same class as the rest of the B movie actors. And if she was a serious actress, like JLD, or even JLC, why get them done in the first place? Enhancements are usually meant to boost one's career in the wrong way. Until she says otherwise, they're real and they're spectacular.

Not saying that's necessarily the case, but it's not as cut and dry as "only A-list actresses can afford fake tits, therefore they aren't fake."
And hey, check out Julia Louis Dreyfus in Troll. Why would she take such a low level job (one in which she appears nude, even)? She had the money already. Must be because she wanted to be an actress. And everyone has to start somewhere.

Another way of looking at it: many female porn-stars have enhancements done before they enter the industry.
I personally worked with a girl who didn't have two dimes to rub together. She would eat just about any old thing she could find, i.e. bread heels, other people's lunches, but she still took out a loan to get a new set of over-inflated sweater meat. Just because.
