So yes, due to lack of sports activity there will be a direct correlation between nerdiness and skinniness. -

That description does not sound like Vic at all. The "skinny nerd" is usually more gangly and thin. Vic is just, average I guess.

Are you kidding? That man looked pretty muscular to me! And he's one of the last guys I would consider a "nerd". He seems like the type of guy that has the looks and confidence that any woman would die for! Any

It's really not. Lifting twice your weight is a basic functional strength level for the lower back. Most people who have a physically demanding job can do it with little to no training. An out of shape office worker could get there in a few months training 1-2 times a week.
