It was hilarious though when the actress says that every time she talks they want to kill her. Steve Martin says, keep talking" as they go up into the hotel room.

The annoying qualities of her voice seem to have more to do with her personality & accent (both of which would probably be very different with the brain transfer) than they do with any inherent physical vocal traits.
Oops, I guess I should've left out the "probably".
