"The Emerald Forest" came out in 1985. It's about an American boy who is captured by a tribal society and becomes totally assimilated into their tribe. The girl who played his love interest in the movie was only 16 when the movie came out and she is nude quite a bit. I don't see how they got away with releasing that in the United States since she was a minor.

According to her bio, Michelle Johnson was 17 and her parents had to sign for her to do the ude scenes.
What a little 'ho- and what poor parenting.
She deserved to fade into obscurity. Her 'talent' was flopping her boobs around nude. She had a plain face and no charisma or screen presence. -

It may be that Michelle Johnson's bio has been updated since you (dvwalker-1) wrote your comment, but it states that she was signed for this movie just two months after she graduated one semester early from high school.
She had no acting credits, as opposed to Demi Moore who is about 3 years older and had already done movies, TV series, and at least one TV movie. Johnson was signed while she was in the process of moving to New York City to pursue a career as a model, (5 feet 10 1/2 inches tall).
So, think comparing apples to oranges
I suspect the parents were doing their best to help their daughter by getting her in a major movie with several established stars, and at least a free trip to Rio, probably with people to watch out for her at age 17. That refutes the "poor parenting" part of your comment as well. There are far worse things parents could do. -

Jeez - Brooke Shields was 12 and naked in Pretty Baby - a movie about a bordello woman's daughter's virginity being sold!

Calm down, John Doe. What's prompting the questions in this thread is that in the US, depicting girls under the age of 18 in sexual situations can be prosecuted as child pornography, depending on the circumstances (a worthy law, in my opinion). Michelle Johnson was 17 when she was filmed topless in BIOR. The posters are merely discussing what is and isn't legal in terms of depicting under-age nudity on the screen.

You have not specified movies made 'today' versus available 'today', so some of these are older. And, what do you mean by "featuring"?

Not so. At least not unless you consider topless and nude to be one and the same. They are not.
Brooke talked in interviews about how she had custom made G-strings, and wore them in PRETTY BABY. She was never nude, but was made to appear that way.
Immediately after that movie, she made JUST YOU AND ME KID (available in made-on-demand DVD now, and it was not available in ANY home video format until that MOD availability). It also stars George Burns and several of his contemporaries, and a beautiful Pierce Arrow automobile. There is a scene of an apparently nude young woman running away; there is a scene cut, but it is supposed to be Brooke.
You have probably heard of THE BLUE LAGOON, and the DVD has actors commentary and interviews. Brooke was also interviewed on the Johnny Carson Show, and talked about her "buppy pads" that covered her breasts. The topless and nude appearances in the film are a professional diver instead, but the young versions of the boy and girl were actually nude.
The recently available in limited BluRay release is the movie HAWAII, with Julie Andrews and Max von Sydow(sp?). It includes a 'native girl' that was given to them as their housegirl, and the girl was underage through the filming.
PAPPION with Steve McQueen had a young girl in part of the movie where he and a native girl, (after he escaped from the prison, was rescued from the sea by islanders, and recovered), were going out into the bushes for some privacy, and sent the girl back to the village.
In the movie MEDICINE MAN with Sean Connery, he is living in the Amazon jungle, and made an amazing discovery that he is unable to duplicate, so he requests some newer equipment. Among the village are many children. (Think National Geographic sort of native garb) The scenery is wonderful, the acting is sound, but it gets a little carried away with a save-the-rain-forest motivation near the end.
GREAT
movie otherwise.
There are quite a few more similar to those that I know about, but none of those compare to the outright porn adult movies unintentionally made with an underage actress named Traci Lords. She lied about her age, and didn't act her true age. When her actual age was discovered, all of those years worth of movies were recalled and destroyed. Those were undeniably child pornography.
I do wonder what the OP was hoping to discover though
