Too bad this film was censored to get a PG rating

It still wouldn't have been even close to as good as the original, but it would've been a better film with all the extra violence, gore and sex they cut out.
It's pretty obvious that many violent scenes were shortened Bombaata hitting the "Keeper of the Horn" guard in the gut with his axe/mace weapon, Bombaata biting off Conan's ear, lots of fight scenes in Queen Taramis' castle during the Dagoth reawakening, there is even the audio part of Zula impaling a soldier with her sharpened staff in the final fight but the footage isn't shown.
And of course the sex scene between Conan and Queen Taramis.
I think the current rating of 5.8 for this film is much too high. In fact, without the idiots who rate this film 10 stars to boost the rating, it would be lower than a 5.
Still it's not as bad as Richard Fleischer's next film, the awful "Red Sonja" (aka Conan Part III just kidding)
