Well I would if I could remember the exact quote.. saw the movie on tv and didn't memorize it completely.. but if you have it on DVD then you could get the exact wording right.

I was thinking he might have meant he got Cellulitis from it, which went to his testicles. My son had a little athletes foot as a toddler, which got worse and cracked when he started wearing shoes all the time. As soon as that happened he got the Cellulitis. It's an infection in the blood, which if spread can kill you. It doesn't always show up near the site of infection, although my son's did.
