they didn't even show the moment he got the surprising call that there was apparently one going spare he just rocked up into hospital one episode apparently awaiting surgery.

They didn't even think to do DNA or blood tests? Are they STUPID? They dragged a very poorly man out of his house without even CHECKING it was worth it??
