Not exactly fake. I'm sure the babies are suffering, but they've made sure to keep certain things in the shot, and certain things out of the shot, to maximize its impact. That's just standard practice at times like these. I don't blame them. This is how you fight wars. Both sides will exploit every single opportunity they're presented with.

Attacking a hospital is absolutely a war crime and not in any way, shape, or form self-defense.
Keep in mind this is the same Israel that gaslighted the world about bombing Al Ahli Hospital, only to turn around and ruthlessly bomb Shifa Hospital.

Hamas tactics are objectively vile. Their victims weren't collateral damage because IDF soldiers weren't using them as human shields.
