Even better is when Fletch leaves the Records room after passing out and asking about Alan [Ellen] Stanwyk. As he walks out of the records room, he passes by the pathologist and Dr. Jellyfinger, who gave him the proctological exam. To make sure Dr. Jellyfinger doesn't see him, he blows up and loudly pops the paper bag, causing the pathologist who made him pass out, drop what I can only assume is the aforementioned spleen, onto the floor. You can hear it go splat, when they drop it on the floor!
