i will say i think he wasnt a fghter, he was more of a gym rat. Gym guys can be super buff but they dont necessarily know how to fight

One post nailed it. He was a gym rat and people didn't stand up to him because of his size. I saw a 5'8 kid built like a toothpick knock out a 6ft muscle guy. Gym rat doesn't equal good fighter and most bullies are cowards. Not shocked Greg lost the fight within like 1 minute.
