I'd love to be able to see this film in high quality on my home projector, but so far I've only been able to find it rather low quality dvd standard.

It's available as a Japanese import. You can also find a 1080p rip on your favorite torrent site.

"Come and See" is currently on Filmstruck with the Criterion logo and there's also a blank page on Criterion's website with Elem Klimov's name. So there might be a possibility that Criterion will be releasing it in the near future.
