I mean, I kind of agree with you. You're right, not in the sense that you think, because you think anyone who disagrees with you is a Nazi, but the fact that we have unelected overlords who get to decide the fate of the rest of us, and just make up what the Constitution says is ridiculous. I hate the Supreme Court because Democrats turned it into a law making body a long time ago, and now they hate it strictly because they don't have control of it. The Supreme Court is trash.

Ideally, race is and should be irrelevant when considering a quota. However, we do not live in a colourblind world where race is irrelevant in people’s private thoughts.
It’s intellectually dishonest when conservatives say “color shouldn’t matter” when they know they’re trying to switch the argument from when Civil Rights leaders would say this to Whites during Jim Crow. Nice try. They’re AllLivesMatter’ing the “race shouldn’t matter.”
It takes hundreds if not thousands of years to fully overcome the lasting effects of slavery. Affirmative Action is a form of reparation that works. You’re taking low-income Black and Hispanic families and turning them into lawyers and doctors. Oh, no.
Affirmative Action is in the best interest of conservatives. It leads to Black conservatives. Conservatives would rather there be no Black people at all.
Under completely normal conditions Affirmative Action is unconstitutional. It is not when most of America is racist.
Many conservatives, sadly, do not want Black people to become successful. They can pussyfoot around it all they want.

I like the excuse that America is a racist country and that's why many blacks cannot succeed.
Blacks tend to struggle in countries even when there's been no history of slavery or race discrimination in them.
In Sweden, for example, blacks/muslims are an underclass, and commit almost all violent crime. Bear in mind that Sweden is a country that had no colonial empire or slave holding past, and has welcomed hordes of them with open arms into their society. -
