I know I need to be more mature than this but it was too much for my senses.. Denise Huxtable getting banged by Mickey Rourke.. She was like 19 at the time but man she looked only 16 like her character in the film.. I have to say Mickey has been able to act alongside some very hot women in film, Bonet, Hannah, Ariane etc.. I can safely say that I envy him But seeing Denise in a sex scene was definitely weird for me.. Bonet still had the cutie look at the time..

I think I can safely say that it was supposed to be unsettling. Considering she's banging
her biological father
and buckets of blood are pouring over them, it wasn't exactly a tender love-making scene. I bet Bonet was cast because she looked young and because of her squeaky clean Cosby kid image.

the character was 17 and lisa was around 18 or 19. to be honest 17 and 19 dont look very different , just more experience

I did watch The Cosby Show (circa 1987) when I was younger just not enough to be able to sympathize with you.
But regardless of how young Lisa Bonet looks there, the scene IS unpleasant to watch for other reasons.

You know, its funny, but I was in college at the time and the school paper did a profile on the varsity basketball team which listed some of the favorite things of the players. All the black players and a few of the white ones chose: Favorite TV show: The Cosby Show. Favorite Actress: Lisa Bonet. Favorite movie: Angel Heart.

I loved her on The Cosby Show too but, that scene didn't bother me because it was Lisa Bonet (I understand actors grow up and take on more mature roles), it was because that sex scene was uncomfortable when the blood started pouring and it was obviously turning into a rape scene.
Otherwise, I think Lisa Bonet did a good job in this film. -

I agree. I thought it started out hot (we didn't know he was her father yet, either) but then it was not after the blood and rape aspect.
And to read "this is the hottest sex scene in a movie" . I guess for people with rape fantasies it might be.
Wild Orchid had much more eroticism. -

Maybe physically but not mentally.
That goes for boys as well as girls.
And if I see a thirty year old man going after a sixteen year old girl (or boy) then, yeah, I can safely say that is disturbing and WRONG.
