Was when the crane was lifting the porta-john and the airplane entered the frame and Zed yelled, "Watch out for that plane!" The entire audience laughed hard.

That and "Oh the humanity!".
It's not the best of the PA movies, but that scene was definitely one of the funnier ones from the whole franchise
