I love this movie. I forgot all about it until it was on the other day.
Madonna's best performance aside from Desperatley Seeking Susan.

I hadn't thought about this movie in a decade or so, but started watching it, it's on HBO Comedy tonight. It's GOOD! It's a great fun movie, fun to watch, a little madness, a lot flakyness, but FUN. I don't understand the low ratings, I suspect that most voters just voted their feelings twords Madonna, and not this movie or her performance. I'm no great fan of the "person" Madonna, but there is no way to ignore her artistic talent. This flick is just a plain old fashioned flee reality romp.

A lot of people bashed this film, but I don't think it's bad. There are others that are a lot worse. It's a funny slapstick comedy film. I think the reason why some don't like it is because it's too silly for them.

I love this movie; it's one that bring back fond memories. My brother is 14 years older than me and would take me to the pictures to see the films his mates didn't want to go to. Always on a Saturday 'cos that was the day he had to watch me poor guy! My sister (17 years older) got Thursdays while the folks went out and got drunk! I always wanted a Murray of my own; not half as much as I wanted a Gremlin though.

This and "Hudson Hawk" are two of the most eminently watchable pieces of crap I will admit to loving the hell out of.
Consider this: It's leaps and bounds funnier than the miserable 1990's adaptation of "Born Yesterday" in which the actors hit every single wrong note humanly possible.
Compared to that piece of crap, "Who's that Girl" is hysterically funny.

Yeah, this movie is great. One of the most underrated films of history, and you know why, because it's Madonna and people need to say she's horrible. But I think she is a great comedian, and that movie is so 80's, so crazy and funny!
One of her best pictures, among Desperately seeking Susan, Dick Tracy or Evita.
