My God, that was twenty-six years ago? I remember

talk show and crime show covering itI think even Phil Donahue. So sad, the survivors of that poor young man.
The problem with the story is that it didn't give any information as to sightings of this sociopath, or places he might have headed, or those age-enhanced photos they referred to.
But that state trooper hit the nail on the head when he said he couldn't remember some things he did the day before, while the victim's relatives remember details of a day more than a quarter century old. That's what PTSD is like.
