I will say this. I too, for the longest time, did not get why Jamie was concidered a sex idol and True Lies' main attraction.
Now, she looks cutesy in this movie, sure. SHE LOOKS GOOD. However she's playing a woman that everybody would want and that'd never happen with Jamie in real life.
Jamie is anything, but a sex idol.I own you.

I immediately remembered that "foot" line from Family Guy. If you're going to insult an actress, at least be original.
Jamie Lee Curtis was perfect in this movie. She may not be conventionally "movie star" beautiful but she certainly was attractive and sexy. I can't imagine anyone else as Wanda. That performance required intelligence and perfect comedic timing. She was great. -

Why? It's a funny line and it's apt.
Still, who cares? Good looks aren't everything and we'll all end up a pile of mouldy old bones eventually anyway.

In my humble opinion, Jamie is gorgeous, and has an absolutely killer body in 'Wanda'. She obviously looks after herself.
However, I personally don't think the short hair suits. Not in the '80s, and not really now. I generally think women don't look good with short hair.
For me, Jamie looked her best in 'My Girl'. The longer hairstyle was beautiful, and the '70s fashion fit her shape perfectly.
