Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Young Einstein

    lcrews — 17 years ago(June 23, 2008 08:46 PM)

My parents owned a movie theater during my adolescence. Every once in a while, I go through some of the artifacts we collected during those years. One of the more interesting items was a promotional brochure for "Warner Bros. Summer Blockbusters of 1989." It was promoting Batman, Lethal Weapon 2 and Young Einstein.
Pretty funny to look back at now. The first two obviously have their place as classics, but Young Einstein, not so much. WB's prediction that Yahoo Serious would be one of the biggest stars of the '90s definitely turned out not to be true.
