How Many Delorians are there?

Would it be accurate to say that on Nov 12 1955, in the morning, there are four Delorians in Hill Valley?
- The one Marty came back in time from 1985 from BTTF
- The one Biff uses in BTTF2
- The one Doc and Marty use in BTTF2
- The one in the cave from BTTF3
Your thoughts?

I believe it would be inaccurate to say that. Here's why; the one from the first movie, yes. The one biff arrives in, yes. The one doc and Marty arrive in, yes. But the fourth one in the mine, no.
The fourth one only appears there after doc got struck by lightning, because up until that point he could have landed and drove off somewhere. Docs future of being stranded in the past was not set until he got struck by lightning. Only when this happened did the past change, and now suddenly there was a DeLoran in the mine all along.
So there was a maximum of three at any one point. -

In the Clayton Ravine timeline, there are only 3 as Doc still hasn't traveled to 1885. In the final Eastwood Ravine timeline, there would be 4 DeLoreans on November 12 1955, since we have to assume the events of the second movie would still be almost the same, only with a hidden DeLorean in the cave.

But here's my new theory , there is at one point 4 time machines , but we don't actually see it. BTTF doesn't operate on the 'everything has already happened' principal , it is only after things are changed that new timelines exist, etc. Therefore we see a version where there's 3 , Doc and Marty in the flying one and 1 Marty ready to go back in another. We don't see the third, the one Old Biff uses, but we know it exists at the same time as the other two because Doc and Marty had to wait for him to give the almanac before he left, so that Old Biff time machine was hidden somewhere.
But after the flying one is struck sending Doc back, it creates a new timeline that changes before our eyes. From that point it's 'too late' for us to witness a 4 - car timeline. It is created then but we don't see it , we're in the same changed timeline as Marty left on the road.
Had we not 'been there' from Marty and Doc's perspective, then we would have witnessed a 4-car Timeline, because in the same timeline the Car is in the cave, it would have also had to be in the air to get struck. And even if Old Biff was gone by that point , that car cave 4th would still be there while we previously witnessed the 3-car version.
So that's my new theory , the 4-car timeline does exist ,but it's not really in the movie, we only see that timeline after it's reduced to a 3 car one (possibly 2 if Old biff is gone by that point ) -
