Temple of Doom is by far the best imo, but I still really love The Last Crusade (and still think its definitely better than Crystal Skull).

I agree, it's not the best. However, (in my opinion) it's not the worse either.
          My personal order:
          Raiders of the Lost Ark
          The Last Crusade
          Temple of Doom
          Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
I would have put Crusade and Doom joint if it wasn't for Willie and Short-Round. I found them cringe worthy and next to useless (in fairness, Short-Round actually did something useful occasionally!)
          Why, thank you, Thing!

As a kid Temple of Doom was my favorite, but this was mainly down to short round, the action in it and the mine chase..
For a long time Crusades was my least favorite as I felt it was far to story driven, with no action in it.
As time went on I grew to appreciate it a lot more, with it now being my favorite, and Doom being majorly relegated.
My order of rank just now is.
            Last Crusade - 9/10
Raiders of the Lost Ark - 8/10
Kingdom of the Crystal Skull 6.5/10 (For all its faults, the first 2/3 of the movie is up there with the best of Indy I feel, just dragged down by a poor and majorly rushed ending)
            Temple of Doom - 6/10

I think it's the best one cause it's more story driven than adventure driven. Though it of course has it adventure moments too.

I think it's the best, I love Raiders too, if I had to rank them I think Raiders and Crusade are equally as good as the other.

                      1. Raiders, Last Crusade, Temple of Doom.
                      2. Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
All three of the originals are immensely entertaining.

I like all the Indiana Jones movies apart from the fourth one. I think this one is probably the most fun but Temple Of Doom is my personal favorite.
How many a$$holes we got on this ship, anyhow?!

                                    Here's what I gave
Lost Ark 4/10, rubbish film nobody liked it.
Temple of Doom 7/10, yeah better than the first one in ways, so gave it a 7.
Last Crusade 7/10 a bit than the rest I thought, I thought Sean Connery was good in this film, as he is in any film really. Yes there was a loads of plot holes but I preferred it to the other films to be honest.
Now onto the 2008 remake of the first film, I hope it's as good as people make out, am looking forward to it.

I'd rate them in the following way :
                                      1.Temple of Doom - 9/10
                                      2.Raiders of the Lost Ark - 8.5/10
                                      3.The Last Crusade - 7/10
                                      4.Skull - 4/10
As some mentioned already 'Last Crusade' felt like a rehash of 'Raiders',I didn't like the overuse of humor and there were also too many 'sidekicks' leaving not so much screen time and focus on Indy.
still a solid movie but doesn't come close to the first 2.

I like all of the ones from the 1980's. I think I probably enjoy Last Crusade the most and Raiders the least. But I still like Raiders.
