The mermaids have breasts so they are mammals , so their tail parts are supposed to be smooth skins , like dolphins and dugongs , not scaly like fish tails .
Also , did some of disney cartoons promoted Beastiality ?
The Little Mermaid : Human VS fish .
Beauty and the Beast : Human VS beast .
The Princess and the Frog : Human VS frog .
Zootopia : interracial between animals .

First of all, it should be "Disney's kiddy, unrealistic version of the mermaid is totally wrong".
Second of all, are mermaids mammals or fish, make up your mind.
Third of all, the only film that comes close to actually promoting bestiality is Beauty and the Beast, since the latter doesn't even resemble a human being in any way shape or form. Ariel, even in mermaid form, at least has several biological traits similar to that of humans, Princess and the Frog had both characters being Frogs for most of the film, and as far as Zootopia, that's not bestiality, that's just mixed breeding (real bestiality involves a human mating with a literal animal).
Also, there are in fact mammals that have scales. For example: Tree Pangolins and Armadillos.
