It's understandable that she was pissed off with her husband after he cheated on her on but but specifically targeting Vaughn didn't make her any better than he was. It's not that I had any sympathy for Dorn but it was as if she was wanting to cause more friction between the two. Vaughn didn't deserve to be put in that kind of situation where he was ultimately blameless and had to deal with the inevitable negative reaction from his team mate. It's one thing to get revenge on your cheating spouse, it's quite another to drag someone else in to the equation who's done you no wrong.

I never understood why Dorn was pissed at Vaughn. Vaughn clearly had no idea who she was and was correct in assuming that she was just another groupie.

It's like this, couples talk. Whether the marriage is working or not, couples talk. She clearly knew that Dorn didn't like Vaughn. She did what she did out of pure spite since she clearly saw her husband with a groupie. It was a revenge thing, and yeah she's an idiot.
