No he doesn't. I know the DVD subtitles claim he does, but he's actually just saying "Nancy!"
Freddy never officially said the b-word till Part 3. Though he was dropping F-bombs as early as Part 2.

Yep! Bitch is Freddy's favorite word! He said it A LOT in Freddy Vs. Jason:
"Welcome To MY World, bitch"
"Let me handle this, bitch"
"Think you're so smart, huh bitch?" (LOVE that one!)
"Die, little bitch"
I just watched Freddy's Dead last night and I laughed when he said "Kung..fuTHIS, bitch!"
I love the way he moves his claws when he says it!

Another bitch is not said by freddy but when Alice is trying to pull greta out of the fridge and freddy grabs greta and the fridge door closes on the fridge door is a note sayin 'die bitch'

This is actually my favorite use of the word bitch by Freddy. It just amuses me to no end that Freddy was kind enough to leave a note on the fridge. The only way it could've been better is if he'd spelled it out in fridge magnets
