The conundrum for the gun nuts re: Alex Jones

Alex Jones comes out not only claiming that Sandy Hook was a hoax to outlaw or ban guns but also gives out the addresses of the surviving parents of their murdered children where they had gotten death threats and other forms of harassment to the point where they had to move.
The gun nuts are going to be on Jones side for two reasons.- They do not dare even think that murdering children with guns is wrong because they are chickenshit in their thinking that is a sign of weakness and they think it makes them look like they are on the side of the good guys who want to see guns banned.
- They support Jones freedom of speech rights.
Even if they agree that he does not have the right to dox parents they will not express that because then it makes them look like they are against guns.
(See #1 above.)
They want to be on Jones side in this and there is no way for them to not look like an unsympathetic idiot, which is what gun nuts are in the first place.
Those of us against guns are the smart ones.
