Worst training scene in movie history. Seagal should have watched Eric Roberts and Philip Rhee's training scene in Best of the Best or possibly went to the Jesus of training scenes Mr. Stallone and asked for advice on how you pull it off but he clearly didn't and Hard to Kill suffered for it.

At least he does some training in this film and a couple of villains even get the odd shot in on the big guy. He even has a couple of "topless" scenes in this one. From around the mid 90's, his ever-growing paunch stopped this from re-occurring.

This is why Storm is better than us mere mortals.
We go to the gym, train, and try to convince that hot babe in yoga pants to go out to Smoothie King with us and get shut down.
Storm? He goes up on the mountain, hits a 2 X 4, eats like he hasn't eaten in 7 years, puts his throat against a shotgun, and then tops it off with a bit of Chuck Mangione before heading home to give it to the hot dame at home without ever stepping in a gym waiting on the lat machine.
