I always wondered why we never see Kevin's room. Is it the attic, or does he share with one of his brothers? And why doe

I always thought he said it was scary, so he didn't have to go to his room.
I actually thinks it looks quite cozy, and perfect for a boys room. But like someone else said he probably shared room with his brother Jeff, and the attic is where the hide-a-bed was. -

Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. I can see why people wondered, "why couldn't Kevin keep his bedroom spot, and his cousins sleep in the attic?" However, it was a respect thing. Rather than make older female cousins sleep in the attic, they got a bedroom while Kevin and the youngest boy cousin had to share the attic. I don't know where the aunt and uncle slept or the older cousins, but shuffling of rooms is pretty common when relatives stay over, especially when trying to give better sleeping quarters to older guests.

That's what I figured. Buzz is the eldest so gets his own room. Kevin and Jeff share a room. According to this

there are four rooms and an office/unknown. If the office is actually a bedroom it's possible the two girls had one each, otherwise they also shared.
I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time Del Boy, it's them that started me drinking! -

No in fact I believe I remember the trivia section pointing out that despite him home alone he was never seen in his room. So we don't know if he had his own room, or had to share it anybody? But as far as the hide-a-bed with Fuller that part is never explained why. So your guess is as good as mine if not even better then mine.

You have 2 couples (Frank and Wife and Kevin's folks) then Heather being an older cousin and not a brother or sister of anyone likely she gets a room, so I can see why Kevin moves - however it seems he wasn't expecting it as when he goes up he's surprised to see he's going up the the 3rd floor

Because Frank's family had just came into town that morning. Kevin's mom tells Harry that when she's taking Kevin upstairs after the incident in the kitchen. That's probably why Kevin was surprised to learn that.

There have been lots of times when guests came over, and I let them have my room, sleeping in another room or couch. It's no big deal, as long as I can sleep. It's probably what happened when his family visited. But, it's weird while his parents were away, he only slept in his parents room. I never sleep in my parents room.

I have to agree with you on that would be why Kevin would be surprised there is another floor, or he could have just been acting like he was dumb. But if that was his regular bedroom why would he be surprised there is another floor, in less he was really was playing dumb?

There's actually a deleted scene where Kevin asks Linnie what happened to his room when she tells him he has to sleep in the attic with Fuller. She tells him that two of his cousins took it, so that explains that he does have a room, we just never see it.
