The street looks a lot like Alameda Blvd by downtown l./a .
I can't confirm if thd station is still there it not.
I'll pay attention to cross streets next time I see the movie and go jn person to check it out since my favorite breweries are nearby

For some reason I was thinking the opening scene was shot in Dallas. The neighborhood has kind of an East Dallas look to it, but I googled FM 2457 (I think that is what sign said) and it is in Livingston, about 100 miles North of Houston.
I need to watch this movie soon. Been too long.
