Where are John and Michael?

My first thought is they aren't included because the story is about Wendy. They could have done more than the top and glasses and old teddy bear but I understand whey they weren't directly involved in the story.

I wonder what happened too them there is mention of them but wendy never said anything about them like where they are now.
