I really enjoy watching this movie. I probably watch it once or twice a year along with The Gods Must be Crazy when I want a modern slapstick comedy. I have been waiting.for Pure Luck to come out on DVD. Although it has not been released on DVD, I download it as a rental from Movielink.com for 1.99 when I want to watch it. Just an FYI to anyone that enjoys this movie and wants to watch it without watching it on VHS.

Im from the UK, so I cant use movie link, and I dont own a vhs player! Used to hav this on vhs years ago!!! so would love to be able to watch it again! do you know anywhere else can get it on disc or download etc thanks

Nothing yet. The only other option is to buy the VHS and back it up on DVD on your DVR if you are international besides the Movielink download I mentioned. I think Movielink is being bought out by a major rental store, so maybe that will be a good way for them to increase their market share and go international. I will post again if I find anything else out.

Hey can i please have a copy too i loved this movie, i never laughed so hard in a movie till i seen the scene where he drinks his drink and stuffs that straw right up his nose, dont know why but i thought that was hreat, maybe it was a kids sense of humour that made me love it so much back then, but hey if it is at all possible please get me a copy.

for me, the funniest part was when they showed the picture to that local jungle dude with no teeth and he starts screaming like crazy and stops when they move the pic away and starts screaming when they show it again
(I don't remember it exactly coz I watched it maybe 10 years ago)
