That is pretty great. Gets me every time. Pretty perfect delivery by Slater. It's obviously a moment that would have a tendency to take the viewer out of the story, which would usually be off-putting to a lot of people. But in this case, it works. Not sure why, just does.

I believe Christian Slater adlibbed that line, and the director left it in!
