I really like the bar band in Rush..Terrell? I'd like to find the songs they did, and the blues song playing during the Willie Red scene (don't know which way to go?) If anyone knows where I can find these songs please let me know. Thanks!

all you need to do is buy yourself the first 4-5 Fabulous Thunderbirds albums. The T-birds were about 2000 times better, but same groove and the 'bar band' in this movie does one of their bigger songs (Scratch My Back).

What got my attention straight away was the first track from the house band/Terrel did in the opening scene was Wang Dang Doodle. This is an old Holwlin' Wolf track written by Willie Dixon. I know this track from Howlin' Wolf's London Sessions LP from '71. He performed Wang Dang Doodle with Eric Clapton, along with an impressive backing band of Steve Winwood, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts. I wonder if Clapton picked that tune for Terrel or is it just a strange coincidence.

The first bar song was a remake of "Scratch my Back" by Charlie Terrell and is on the Rush soundtrack
