Whether you liked the movie or not, I am surprised by the lack of threads on it. For such an impactful movie of its time, it's almost like no-one has seen it since its first release.

I was surprised tooI suspect its one of those films of its time and IF you know the twist you are probably reluctant to see it luckily its a good movie regardless of the twist

tbh most boards need some sort of sticky topics for TCG I guess they would be
1 - Were you fooled Dil was actually a man?
2 - Is the film good apart from the twist?
3 - Do Dil and Fergus love each other?

Hmmm, yep - sort of interesting that. So few threads. I suspect that from a British perspective - not a lot of people actually saw the film. Yeah, it got bigged up by the critics - but it was on limited release - so only in rep. cinemas. Plus, it only had a short time out on the theatrical circuit - and was released on video shortly afterwards.
