He lost the 2nd time, I know because I am 1 of the over 81 million reasons why.
I do however think that if Donald Trump does indeed run again in 2024 (he definitely will run again, I will be very surprised if he doesn't) and his main opponent is either Joe Biden or Kamala Harris then I think that Trump will win.
