    ten years late response:
Stan: "Why didn't yo ask any questions?! You could have gotten the case thrown out!"
Vinny: "Stan, you're in Ala-fkn-Bama. You come from New York. You killed a gool ole boy.
There is no fkn way this is not going to trial"

I saw this movie in the theater when I was 17. I liked Joe Pesci in
        Goodfellas
, so I made a point to go see this movie when I saw it advertised on TV. The entire movie was hilarious, among the funniest I've ever seen. The scene that had me laughing the hardest was when he showed up in court wearing that circus ringmaster costume.
I don't dance, tell jokes or wear my pants too tight, but I do know about a thousand songs.

There are so many funny bits that it's hard to choose just one.
I always loved when Vinny said, "Trees. That's right. Don't be afraid. Just shout 'em right out when you know."

            Witness: They're reading glasses.
Public Defender, sternly: No more questions for YOU!

The film has a million funny moments, obviously. So, it's hard to pick just one.
But, one of the funniest things to me was when the D. A. (Trotter) starts speaking to the jury. He gets all dramatic. And he waves his hands in the air with great flair. You could tell he was being overly melodramatic and pretty much exaggerating everything. And the jury was eating it up. Great scene. Great writing. Great actor.

                Trotter: "This high-anous crime."

Trotter was pretty funny as well.
"High-enous crime" (like the dude above mentioned)
                  "Iiii-dentical"
My favorite moment of his was:
"Truth. That's what verdict means. It's a word that comes down from old England, and all our little old ancestors." And they focus in on the black juror.

It was pretty funny when the defense lawyer (who does all the stuttering) was cross-examining a witness.
The defense lawyer thought that he would make the witness look like a fool. But, in fact, the witness made the lawyer look like a fool.
The issue was that the witness was
                    not
wearing his glasses when he had seen the defendants leaving the crime scene. The defense lawyer tried to capitalize on this, by proving that the witness was not credible (since he wasn't wearing his glasses when he spotted the criminals). The witness says "these are just reading glasses", which makes the defense lawyer (and his theory) look foolish.
So, when the defense lawyer goes back to sit down near his client (Stan), he needs to save face. So, he says something like "wow, that was one tough witness".

When Vinny gets out of the car and falls in the mud. Simple physical comedy. My 19 year old daughter watched it last night and really laughed hard.

Of course Marisa's big courtroom scene stands out. It may have been mentioned already, but I enjoyed seeing Vinny on a roll as he starts to break down the DA's earlier witnesses. Vinny was also picking up some info during his time in Alabama that he was able to use and that the jury could relate tohow long it takes to cook regular grits (there are now quick cooking grits on the market that do take less time) and positraction thanks to his car getting stuck in the mud.
