School district denies litter boxes for children

Is this fair?
I've dated a lot of girls who identify as furries and would use the litter box. I have no problem with it, I clean it afterwards, and will accept future furries.
I know a couple of female furries on this board.
Do you think the school district has a right to take away their litter boxes?

The article says there were no litter boxes but in any case I would be against those sorts of delusions being humored by a school district.
