When they dig up the body in Brooklyn the camera pans down the Manhattan skyline and stops before the Towers; even though the episode aired after the attacks they must have footage that included the towers and though it inappropriate .
"It's the system, Lara. People will be different after the Revolution."

After years of not watching NYPDB..I'm watching the series again and especially the street scenes pretty closeit's like they deliberately Didn't show WTC from the beginning season 1Comments?

95% of NYPD Blue was filmed in Los Angeles. They only filmed in NY for two weeks at the beginning of each season; these scenes are used in only the first five or six episodes of each season. They did not film the Twin Towers all that often. Most of what we see as NY City is the Back Lot of Fox Studios.
