It's from the episode "Kindervelt Days" where C.C. tries to quit smoking. She's out on the terrace smoking, Niles carries a fake lemon tree out there that Fran brought over, Mr. Sheffield refers to IT as the hideous thing he wants off the terrace and of course Niles tells C.C. Mr. Sheffield wants HER off the terrace, implying she is the hideous thing.

I ma going to have to watch this at some point and I am going to have to see it on youtube since it has been a long time since I have seen episodes from the later seasons
