Does anyone else here get a lump in their throats when Jack Lemmon is in the hospital, and Walter Matthau wants to go in and see him, and the nurse asks, "Are you friend or family," and Walter Matthau pauses for a second before realizing they truly are friends and he says, "Friend." That look on his face as he delivers that line is just brilliant!
