I loved it when Bill P. talked to Bebe N. about how happy he was during the very short moment (when he learned that Nicole K. was pregnant). I don't remember exactly but it was something like
BN "I've never heard something sadder than this !"
BP "Thank you" -

Well, I definetley LOVED the whole "I am GOD" speech but I also thoroughly enjoyed Tracy (Nicole Kidman) speech when her and Andy are at the resturant. I don't know the whole thing but it starts out with "I found a hyperdermic needle in my bed. I don't know who put it there it doesn't matter"

Well, I liked it when Dr. Hill is in bed with the pretty co-doctor (?), and she says, while rubbing up against him,
"I know why guys like you become doctors"
Jed Hill, while pouring champagne and leaning back, replies,
"It's not what you think"
To which she responds,
"I think it's to make a lot of money and see a lot of naked girls"
Hill:
"Oh! Then it is what you think!" -

I also liked this scene and Alec Baldwin's reply of "Oh, then it is what you think!". I thought the line was funny and the look on AB's face as he said it was really cute. It was one of my favorite scenes in the movie although the movie had a lot of great scenes I thought.
I also liked the line, "Welcome to the land of 'You don't have a choice'". Pretty funny line and well delivered too. -

when andy voices his trouble with eating chinese food with chopsticks- 'hey listen. would you think any less of me if i used a fork?'
I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who said, " I drank what?" -

I agree. I especially like the way that Pullman cocks his head to the side and says (in response to NC's suggestion that he let bygones be bygones), "I'm afraid I'm gonna have to hold a GRUDGE on this one, Trace."

My favorite was when the lawyer asked Andy "What happened to your face?" To which he replies "I just beat the crap out of a serial rapist."
I would watch it again and again.blinkmaneast90, IMDb

I like when the lady cop says at the end "I wouldn't mind shooting you" when Nicole Kidman appears to be trying to grab a weapon or something. Tons of good lines in this movie.
Another good one is after Kidman shatters her wine glass in the dining room confrontation scene, Pullman says something like "Tracy you spilled your wine" -

The "I am God" speech is number one, of course.
A close second:
The whole Bancroft/Pullman scene is great. I love this exchange (paraphrasing):
Andy: "What was the name of the doctor?"
Mom:,"What?you think you can drink like this and remember a name? Yeah, right."
Andy: "Was the name of the doctor 'Lillianfield'?"
Mom: (sly grin) "Welcome to the game, kid."
"I'm not trying to get in the middle of 'crazy'."
