It doesn't exist. They were on a radio show a long time ago, and said that the scene was written and they started shooting it but never finished because it wasn't working out. They didn't know how to do action scenes yet. if they are saying that it's complete now, then it's just for marketing, trying to sale more blue rays

I give up on looking for it then :/, I guess reading the script will give me a picture on how it played out, and they said the real reason they took it out was because the studio and the MPAA said it was too brutal and it would've earned the movie an NC-17. I honestly don't see how it would've gotten an NC-17, they would've put it in there for effect and impact most likely, you know what I mean?

I think so, it was after they did the movie with Johnny Depp, the Jack the Ripper movie. I clearly remember them saying that they realized that they weren't ready to action sequences. They did film some of it, but never finished it. They never mentioned the NC-17 rating back then. If they have since then, I don't know.
