    SPOILERS FOLLOW
The Protagonist-Caine-if you can Call him that
While not a BULLY, was certainly a Volatile Hothead
O-Dog was just a Psychopath, the Chocolate Pesci of the Film.
Caine is Killed in the End, just before he was about to move and try to get out from Under.
To be Fair-it was probably more Realistic. And Caine was Doomed by his parents and his Watts upbringing.

I thought it was better, BITH just seemed like a watered down version of this IMO!

Wish they were merged. Because BOys, clearly had better acting performances and had a more focused story. Menace seemed more brutal and in turn seemed more "real" . But honestly the story was all over the place and fragmented. It went from a coming of age story, to a revenge story, then a reverse revenge story, the whole wheel car jacking scene was useless and the random confrontation with a jilted girlfriends cousin, seemed like an add on. if Tate didn't get the Odawg part then the movie would've failed miserably. He basically stole the show and carried some scenes.
