Joe Biden has definitely done a bad job as President.
However, I definitely don't think that he is the Number 1 Worst President (especially after he has only been President for less than a year).
I think that the Number 1 Worst President was Richard Nixon. -

It is way too early to say where his placement will be in history. What we can say is he came into a worse situation than practically any other president so no matter who was president right now would be having a difficult time.
