I can see how that might have helped him in that role. He could certainly put himself in Rocky's shoes and get some sense of what it had to be like for that poor kid.

Stoltz was also excellent in the poignant indie drama gem The Waterdance.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

if he was it wouldn't have worked and back to the future would have been a flop and bad movie. so i don't like to think about him being in this movie.

I was surprised at all the actors being in the movie. I had completely forgotten about most of those actors. I didnt even know who Sam Jackson or Ving Rhames were at the time I saw the movie.

All of the actors besides Bruce Willis were B-movie actors and washed-up actors. Tarantino did that on purpose. Willis was the box-office draw.
