I always wished they would have ended up together. I thought it was a good storyline and they had excellent chemistry. I remember watching it when it was new, I was in 7th grade and developing an intense attraction to my English teacher, a plump elderly woman in her sixties. I felt so messed up about it until I saw one of my heroes, Drew Carey going through sort of the same thing.
