This one is my favorite, in a close race with "Patient Zero."

I liked the double helix one but havent seen origin of the species - hands down though - the one with kevin nealon doing the time travel research - awesome.

"Inconstant Moon" was a great episode. Remember, make sure you know it's an apocalyptic event before doing anything rash! 😉

Probably ;3rd Feasibility Study-Great story, great twist and great scene where the aliens yank the housing estate into the sky.2nd The Light Brigade-Practically a mini movie with great SFX and Robert Patrick on top form as the evil Skokes.1st A Stitch In Time-best Time travel story ever {IMO} and Amanda Plummer superb as Dr Givens. The scene where the Time travel room dematerialises is excellent!

I believe the episode your'e referring to is called 'The Human Operators'
My favourite episodes, too many to mention.
But off the top of my head:
              Sandkings
              Valerie 23
              Mary 25
              If these walls could talk
              Quality of mercy
              The voice of reason
              Bits of love
              Resurrection
              The deprogammers

I forgot a good one I just saw, it was set on a colony, but in the end the colonies gets destoryed and reinhabited by the very same aliens who were walking amoungts the human in the first place.
                Anyone know it?

To Tell the Truth was the title, it was a good one. My favorite is Zig Zag, Frank Whaley was awesome in it, so was Leslie Hope.

The one with the freaky boarding school that turned kids into mindless slaves was good.
I saw the one the other night, 'The Stream' I think it was called (even if it's the wrong name I think you'll know which one that is) and it was the first OL episode in ALOT that I've seen that had a happy ending! I didn't know they existed in this show!

Don't know the name of it, but the one with the "nanobots" is fantastic! I've only seen it once, and I don't know if I'd want to see it again (the eyes in the back of the head thing still freaks me out!)- but I loved it!

Definitely has to be "A Stitch in Time" with Michelle Forbes and Amanda Plummer.

@ junmengo: I just watched "Human Operator," and I agree that it was an outstanding episode.
Jack Noseworthy as the Male Operator was pretty hot himself.
The premise was simple but the outcome was empowering. Great!
