In the cowboy scene, Nicky says, “You took your boots off, you put your feet on the table?” Sam never mentioned that in the phone call to him. Am I missing something, or is that a goof?

The cowboy might've told him that part.
Don Rickles is also standing there with Sam. He might've taken the call first and talked to Nicky about it before Rothstein got on the phone.
