Not to mention the plug and saturation of how special, privileged and precious females are over males. Young male kids are getting mixed signals about how awful their gender has treated females and are not as worthy. It confusing them and many perhaps want a piece of the pie and I bet a large chunk of the them in his millennial, are growing up without decent male role models in their lives and growing up with solo mothers, or mothers with numerous partners. Boys can see what is unfair also.

Yup! Tattoos I believe are illegal for persons under the age of 18, so any gender reassignment surgeries most definitely should be too. 16 is still developing both body and mind and largely immature too, especially in this era when things come quick and fast for the younger generation and they get entitled and spoiled way to easily.

What's sad is that Arkansas is the only state which doesn't allow this genital mutilation of our children. Let them decide when they're 18 and an adult. I fear that dysfunctional parents are behind much of this nonsense. Let the individual decide when they reach adulthood.
