i bought the first part of the movie on vhs for a dollar and the 2nd part is no wheres to be found

I don't know where you can buy it, but try looking around at your local video stores and libraries. If they still have VHS's and foreign film sections then you should be in luck for at least a rental, but if not then I am not sure.
