Of course! It was something like a tragic comedy, with Walken's guy as a subject.
Someone says: "Ok, we kill the governor. We hire a sniper and blow her away."
Walken: "Oh, no, this would be way to easy. I myself have made up a far better plan, which is ridiculously complex. But I swear it won't fail!"
And here we go. -

I just thought it was my weird sense of humor, but yes this movie was hilarious
w/ the way walken acts the entire movies as well as the shoe shining man hitting that woman with his fake leg
this is actually a good film that did not get a lot of good reviews at all -

There are definitely parts of this movie and Christopher Walken's performance which are perhaps unintentionally funny to me. I always get a kick out of how ridiculous Walken's hair looks right before he throws Depp off the staircase into the pool below.
Silly right? Have a look at Walken's hair in the link below.

Seeing the humor in Walken is completely understandable. Don't get me wrong, the guy has definitely played intimidating villains, but whenever he "WALKENS" it up ("yo, it's crazy!"), it's hard not to laugh at what he's doing; he isn't one of the most impersonated celebrities for no reason! And the shoe shine guy? I get the feeling he was intended to be funny, and he was.
Overall, the movie is thoroughly entertaining and funny at times.
You want something corny? You got it!
